This website is run by the Force for Good Initiative on behalf of the I love this planet campaign. The following text describes what personal data we collect, why we collect it and how we manage it. We will not use personal data that you provide in a manner inconsistent with the purposes for which you provided it, as set out below.
CONTACT FORMS
We collect your data via the join form when you express interest in making a commitment or submitting an initiative to the I love this planet campaign. We will not provide any of these details to any third party except for the regional Force for Good coordinating networks who may use this data for onboarding and for engagement coordination purposes. This includes business contacts and business email addresses.
ACCOUNT CREATIONS
For users that register for an account on our website, we store your name and email address in your user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
COOKIES
A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer when you visit a website. Cookies have many different uses. For example, they can store information to help you enter a site without having to log in. They can also help a website remember your preferred settings so it loads them on your next visit.

Your data may be accessed by the I love this planet and Force for Good coordinating networks. We do not share, sell, rent or lease personal data with other third parties. Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve this website. We currently use Google Analytics for web traffic and usage analysis.
We also use social sharing buttons provided by services such as Twitter and LinkedIn. Your use of these third party services is entirely optional. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices of these third party services, and you are responsible for reading and understanding those third party services’ privacy policies.
HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
We ensure that personal data is retained only for as long as necessary in accordance with the above purposes and applicable laws. We may be required to retain your personal data for a number of years in order to satisfy legal or contractual obligations, or in order to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. When your personal data is no longer necessary for these purposes, the personal data will be deleted.
